The delivery period within Bulgaria is 2-4 business days. For abroad, the delivery period is up to 14 business days after payment.
All orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM, during official holidays and weekends, are processed on the first business day from the date of the order.

The delivery of ordered goods is carried out by courier. "Elena art nails" uses the services of courier companies "Econt Express", "SPEEDY" and BOX NOW.

WHAT IS BOX NOW?
BOX NOW is the newest courier service in Bulgaria, delivering only to its own network of automated parcel lockers (ATMs). BOX NOW ATMs are always located in a key location in the city, are accessible 24/7, and are powered by their own solar panels.
HOW TO CHOOSE DELIVERY TO BOX NOW?
- When completing your order, click the green BOX NOW button as your delivery method.
- Choose your BOX NOW ATM from the list (select your city to generate a map with the exact locations). Click "Confirm" to complete your selection. If you made a mistake, click the button again to choose the correct location.
- Pay immediately with a bank card.

- How long will my parcel be stored in a BOX NOW ATM?
You can pick up your parcel from a BOX NOW ATM within 48 hours after confirmation that it has been delivered to the locker. The storage period can be extended for free by another 24 hours through the website in the "Track your parcel" section. If the parcel is not picked up within the specified period, it is returned to us.
- Do BOX NOW ATMs have working hours?
Almost all BOX NOW ATMs can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, sometimes they are located next to establishments that have special access requirements. To be sure when you can pick up your parcel, pay attention to the indicated working hours when choosing a specific location.3. How does the process of picking up a parcel from a BOX NOW ATM work?After placing an order, BOX NOW will send an SMS, Viber message, or email containing a PIN code as soon as your parcel arrives at the chosen ATM. Enter the code on the ATM's keypad, and one of the boxes will open automatically.
- What size parcels fit in BOX NOW ATMs?
The option to order to BOX NOW is automatically unlocked, depending on the volume of your order. However, to properly plan your purchases, we list the permissible parcel sizes below so you can take advantage of the service:
- Small (H: 8 cm, W: 45 cm, D: 60 cm) weighing up to 20 kilograms,
- Medium (H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, D: 60 cm) weighing up to 20 kilograms,
- Large (H: 36 cm, W: 45 cm, D: 60 cm) weighing up to 20 kilograms.
Does the delivery price depend on the size of the parcel?
No, currently delivery to BOX NOW is the same for all three parcel size options.
- Have you placed an order but still haven't received information about its delivery to BOX NOW?
BOX NOW delivers within the next day after your order has been processed. Most likely, you have not received your parcel yet because it has not been prepared by the online store. You can track your parcel on the BOX NOW website or contact them at support@boxnow.bg and 0700 70744.
- How can I find directions to the location of the BOX NOW ATM I chose?
Click on the link you received for delivery confirmation from BOX NOW via email, SMS, or Viber. There you will find directions to the location of the BOX NOW ATM you chose for your parcel delivery.
- Can I pay with a foreign card (a card issued in a country outside Bulgaria)?
You can pay with a bank card issued in a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area. Payments cannot be made with cards issued outside the EU and the UK due to the lack of 3D-Secure.
Delivery is carried out to an office or delivery address specified by the User within the Republic of Bulgaria.

Delivery costs are borne by the user, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Website.
All commissions or fees for postal money orders (cash on delivery) are at the customer's expense.
In cases of free delivery, if explicitly stated on the website, only the value of physical products is considered, excluding online courses or other digital products.
Before sending the ordered goods, Elena art nails has the right to contact the User at the phone number provided by them, in order to clarify details of the order and/or delivery.
Elena art nails is not responsible for non-fulfillment of an order in cases where the User has provided incorrect, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including when they have provided an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or phone number.
Delivery is carried out within the deadlines described under each delivery option in the order interface module. In exceptional circumstances, Elena art nails reserves the right to extend the delivery period, promptly informing the User about this.
In cases where advance payment is agreed, the order is sent 2-4 days after receipt of payment. If the User wants their order to arrive before a certain date, they send an inquiry whether this is possible. Delivery is carried out within the deadlines described under each delivery option in the order interface module - daily deadline.
For the delivery of large parcels, an additional charge may apply, which is clarified with the client before the delivery.

The User is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of their delivery and to immediately notify of any established discrepancies, shortages, or damages. If the User fails to do so, it is assumed that the delivery has been accepted without objection.
For international deliveries, the rules for delivery and receipt of parcels of the respective national postal service, as well as the respective national legislation of the country where the recipient of the goods is located, apply.
All import taxes upon import of the goods are at the expense of the User. The User cannot claim a refund of the price if they have refused to pay the import taxes or to receive the parcel.
For countries outside the European Union, CUSTOMS DUTY is also charged, corresponding to the regulatory provisions of the respective country, which is payable by the customer!
